At the end of the 17th century this quintessentially British pickle was known as "pickle-lila" and Indian pickle. Our crunchy version is made up of chunky cauliflower, gherkins and onions blended with a delicious piquant sauce made from pure and natural spices and flour. A piccalilli that's a real treat. A real versatile condiment. Try grilling some cheese and cauliflower pickle on toast or bagel. Awesome with cottage cheese on a cracker. Ideal for ploughman's lunches, open sandwiches and add a special flavour to cooked breakfasts. Delicious with cold cuts of meats, salami, and pastrami or with hard cheese.
