Ideal on crackers by itself, or with soft hard cheese & pepperoni, salami or pastrami or any other smoked meats. Add to stir-fry. Use for sweet & sour i.e. fish or chicken or pork. When making any sauce, before the liquid is added, include a couple of tablespoons and let it caramelize, then add your other ingredients. Glaze your meat for roasting. To make a tasty sauce for serving add to the cooked meat juices.
