When making any sauce, before the liquid is added, include a couple of tablespoons and let it caramelize, then add your other ingredients. Glaze your meat for roasting. Add a few tablespoons over the bottom of a flan case before adding savoury filling. Use as a sauce for pastas or pizzas, with cheesy melts.
