Maison Therese Beetroot Relish
Great with cheese, cold meats, salami, pastrami, etc. Sear and cook well seasoned meat (lamb, pork, chicken fillets, or pork back-straps), remove and rest meat, add relish to the pan, caramelize, add a little red wine or water and reduce, toss in a freshly chopped coriander or parsley, then spoon over the served meat, delicious! 200 g

Maison Therese Bell Pepper Relish
Ideal on crackers by itself, or with soft hard cheese & pepperoni, salami or pastrami or any other smoked meats. Add to stir-fry. Use for sweet & sour i.e. fish or chicken or pork. When making any sauce, before the liquid is added, include a couple of tablespoons and let it caramelize, then add your other ingredients. Glaze your meat for roasting. To make a tasty sauce for serving add to the cooked meat juices. 200 g

An exciting condiment comprising fresh local tomatoes and onions diced and blended with a secret array of herbs and spices, flour and Maison Therese Vinegar. Try mixing Maison Therese Tomato Relish with plain yoghurt, parsley and fresh oregano to make a delicious dip, a great substitute for tomato sauce in fish 'n' chips, barbecues. Ideal for marinades. Add a few tablespoons over the bottom of a flan case before adding savoury filling. Use as a sauce for pastas or pizzas, with cheesy melts. Great on open sandwiches and cheese toasties, or with cold corn beef & other cold cuts, with crumbed fish. As a salsa base for dipping, as a general relish.
